jeff_h Posted November 9, 2012 Share Posted November 9, 2012 I could be wrong, but my understanding is that the dealers are taking orders, and are able to send them to Ford. However, the plants are not sending the order confirmations or VINs until December. I will be checking my order number in the other forum and once it says unscheduled-clean I'll be satisfied, then VINs can get assigned sometime in December I expect, as from what I've seen the VINs are normally assigned once the build week is determined... and now that my dated order is submitted, hopefully that's a factor to be scheduled to an early week.
