Morcelu Posted January 10, 2013 Share Posted January 10, 2013 I tired the "Send to Car" app that was mentioned earlier in the thread last night and it worked perfectly. You just open the destination on Google Maps, click Share and then Send to Car, input the phone number on your Sync account, and hit send. Then, in your car, you say "Services" and it will call into the Sync line and download your destination. I have the factory nav, so it immediately allowed me to set it as my destination. Yes, but the Sync support page now shows the iPhone 5 with iOS 6.0 and no "SMS OR TEXT MESSAGING" support here: http://www.nsapp.fordtechservice.dealerconnection.com/sync/usEN/sync_us_EN_iop_2_00.pdf I hope that PDF is wrong. At least with my Nexus 4, I have the option of rooting and putting a custom ROM with the MAP profile. Don't know if jailbreaking will help iPhone users with this one ...
