blockisle9 Posted October 8, 2013 Share Posted October 8, 2013 I have to say, the voice recognition with the Sync Services is terrible. It’s almost not usable. It almost never under stands anything I ask for. I’m glad I am not paying for it. I will not be renewing it at the end of the three years. On the other hand, The My Ford touch side of the system is fine. Yes it makes mistakes every once and awhile, but it’s usable. Has anyone else experienced this with the Sync Services?
