2010 MKS Front License Replacement

Good Evening Everyone....

I own a 2010 Lincoln MKS and I want to get rid of the OEM front license plate and replace it with a universal license plate holder so that I can put a bubble cover over my front license plate. My local dealer told me that they could remove my OEM front plate holder but that they don't have any 4 hole license plate holders because that is what Ford does and blah blah....Anyone has any experience with this if so please help me out...
