damagedone37
Truck side runs 3 crewsI get that but since transit is in production now is they put enough manpower together for a fourth crew? Or did they switch one crew from truck production to transit side?

From what I understand truck side runs 3 crews and transit runs one shift, will go to 2 shifts once the dust settles with the launch. They hired a bunch of 2nd Tier. damagedone37
It is 2 plants under one roof.I know, but past practice dictated they would move crews from SUV side to truck side etc without having to hire more
littlecountry
I know, but past practice dictated they would move crews from SUV side to truck side etc without having to hire more They only reason they done that was because sales of the truck declined and sales of the Escape soared, it prevented a layoff, it was never about not having to hire anyone it was so no one got laid off.
