MKII
My brothers (lives in Canada) ordered Fusion has been sitting at a Kansas City rail yard since early July. Is there anyway to find out what the hold up is. He has asked the dealership but they have no idea what is happening or when to expect it to arrive. BORG
This happened to me with a 2013 MKZ which I ended up passing on because of the inexplicable delays which the dealer could never resolve. I've run into many delays on orders as well but the dealers NEVER can find out what's going on.

Your dealer will have to contact their zone manager to find out what the delay is. If you post the VIN, I can run it and see if there is something posted in Vehicle Visibility about it. Pioneer
There is nothing in the status history to explain why it's been sitting there since July. You'll have to have the dealer contact the zone manager.
