typski Posted April 11, 2022 Author Share Posted April 11, 2022 Thank you again for keeping us updated throughout the process! Our truck arrived at the dealer February 24 (first pic). Unfortunately, there were some technical difficulties in a 360 camera system that was not working. After A LOT of technical back and forth between the dealer and Ford, trying and replacing several parts, they FINALLY diagnosed and fixed the issue (faulty wiring part). But not before completely disassembling the interior of our brand new truck (a couple pics attached). We FINALLY took delivery March 21. I wanted to cry when the dealer brought us in to go over what was being done and saw the interior completely torn apart. In the end, Ford did end up giving us an extended warranty, so there's that.
