Smurf830 Posted April 27, 2023 Share Posted April 27, 2023 I took my 2022 Explorer King Ranch today to the local Ford Store for the rear heat/ac controls. Ford delivered the car without it last July w/o them. Ford promised to put install them when the parts came in. I got an email in December saying that the parts were in, and I could have a Ford tech come to the house to put them in. I call the dealer and tried to make a appointment to bring the car in. He said that Ford made a mistake and that they had no parts for the controls. Later, I recieved an email from Ford saying "ooops, we bad. Sorry. We'll call you later."
