LC Posted November 22, 2006 Share Posted November 22, 2006 Does anybody know of any paint issues with the 06 Fusion ? My wife has an 06 with black paint. There is a small chip on the front left fender. Local dealer checked the vin and asid there was a known paint problem with the vehicle. Goes in next week for repair. MGallun Posted November 22, 2006 Share Posted November 22, 2006 (edited) chip, front fender? ummm road damage... i have never heard anything about paint quality issues with the fusion, and i havent seen any TSBs about it either... didnt check recall because this car doesnt have one yet.. sounds like simply road hazard damage.. which is completely normal. that being said, if there is a known issue on the paint, i would figure ford would have some kind of advisory on it.. please be a nice chap and help us out..
