Well the time has finally arrived. The new and improved SVTOA is now here. Below is the announcement you will be receiving soon from SVTOA but I thought I would give you all an opportunity to be one of the first people to find out about this and also to join the new SVTOA. Remember, in order to be a chapter member you have to be a national member as well. Also, if you have not done so already, don't forget to renew your chapter membership as well.

After a year long effort, we've worked out a way to keep the SVTOA intact and operational – with the same name, mission and organizational structure you've come to know and love – while also positioning it for growth so that it may become one of the largest clubs of its kind! Announcing the new and improved SVTOA, an independent club "dedicated to the enjoyment, care and history of all SVT vehicles produced by Ford Motor Company." Set up under the guidance of – and in cooperation with – original SVT staffers, this new SVTOA is run by operating directors with more than three decades of performance vehicle club experience plus its own established chapter leaders, and not by any Ford-appointed agency or group. Membership is open to anyone with a passion for Ford's SVT vehicles (ownership is not required), and features a variety of exclusive member benefits, including:
