You mentioning the HHR as 'cool' pretty much sums it up. About the stupid "Rumble Bee" I do know what it is (I'm from Texas). I can also tell you that it's a piece of shit that gets it's ASS beaten any day of the week by the 'old boring' Lightning. A picture of a gay rumble bumble bee and a 'loud' exhaust system doesn't make it as wonderful as you make it out to be. Actually, we consider the truck to be a joke down here (like the SS Silverado and SSR). I drive a '97 F150 4.6L with a T-67 turbo at 16 psi and nitrous...so no, no Corolla with 3ft wing. It seem like the competition won't let domestics get back on their feet! Okay, how does the foreign competition keep coming up with new vehicles/redesigns before Domestics can come up with something? Think how many times Nissan has 'refreshened' the Frontier. And the Ranger...well the Ranger It almost seems that we've received 2+ Santa Fes for our 1 Escape. To think we may not see a new Escape until after 2010.

Was 2005 the Year of the Car? It seems NAIAS will have several models from Ford - all trucks. So, I'm guessing the 500, Fusion, Milan, Freestyle, Zephyr...was it??? So the YEAR OF THE CAR was essentially 2 cars with 'minor variations'? Just curious :blink: Oh AND the Mustang... B)

Umm, because people like you buy those 'whimpy cars'. You should know! Come on... a Tracer? A Mustang II for crying out loud! Quit yapping about crappy products. Yeah, Ford has had their fair share of crap in the past (you should know you seemed to buy all of 'em). Why don't you sit your ass in a new Mustang or F150 or Fusion or Montego or whatever. Also, the 'bland whimpy cars' should go to Toyota - the most overrated POS. Sit in a Tundra. Now sit in an F150. You have to have no balls, and IQ of 10, and eat rice everyday of the week to think the Tundra is superior. Belive me, even the imports have had their share of shit vehicles. Let's not forget that MT COTY awards are given on "first impressions." To me, personally, it doesn't mean SHIT. Thank You.
