Every "Ford vs Chevy" anything is just another car sold to the Japanese or Koreans.

Looks like a Wall St. company is FCA biggest investor since SM died.
"The U.S. fund becomes the fourth biggest investor in the Italian American company."

Or it was sold as used.

I think Nike chooses their spokespeople, not the ad agency.
Unlike many companies, Nike's marketing departmwnt acyually do their jobs.
Marketing is their #1 expense. Of which they carefully select the players they will be associated with. The agency doesnt do this for them. They do it themselves.

They may want to reconsider the Nike ad agency after Nikes recent advertising strategy.
What does the agency have to do with a corporate decision? Are you going to blame JWT for the cancellation of the Fiesta?

Google the instructions for using peanut butter to get wax out of textured plastic.

Agreed. People would definitely buy that option.

Lexol.
Use both the cleaner and conditioner.
You can also use it on any other tanned leather.

In other news, water is wet.

Guys, guys, guys.
This is Ford. When they tell people 720, they are way, way understating it. This we know. Theyve done it with every limited edition Mustang.
If they say 720, that will probably be 800 or more.

A promise of capitalistic investment?

This article says Team Shelby is celebrating 10th and 50th anniversary of the Shelby GT500KR with their own several events at Woodward. There is also a private event at Henry Ford Museum with none other than Carrol Shelby's grandson as speaker. So it's likely the new GT500 being revealed.

A Shelby is speaking? They are probably charging admission.

That rendering reminds me of nothing related to rugged.
No less rugged than Renegade and Compass.

Not a fan of appearance reviews. Especially when most auto journalists would never buy one regardless of appearance.

The 5 platforms are for light duty vehicles. Medium duty and heavy duty (Ford Otosan and JMC) are obviously excluded.
Ford is not going to quit the medium duty business in the US.
With a greater use of sharable parts.

Chinese styling.

Tesla made a promise?
Bwahahaha.

When was the last time Ford was quick to market with anything?
The GT. But i guess when someone else is making the car it doesnt count.

And thats the entire justification of the existence of the Sport Trac.
I understood the Sport Trac allowed for a 4 door Ranger while maintaining the Explorer sales crown.
-
Lol. Not gonna happen. The smart ones are about to demand pre-payment for parts.

Good grief. The linked article was about Ford and Mercedes dominating in their chosen markets and yet this thread has been nothing but a bitch session about an instrument cluster?

What a stupid comment.
If Ford thought it was such a great design they would of kept it the same in the F250. I pointed out that you cannot easily see what gauge you are looking at and that all they needed to do was make the gauge needle thinner. It is my right to point things out, if you don't agree, so be it. But I am not going to give passes when things don't make sense.
Every right also requires a responsibility. Which you are still evading.

As the operator of any vehicle, you are responsible by law and by common sense to know the vehicle and all of its controls before you begin operation. Are you a tech? If so it would be logical to you but I should just be able to look at the gauge and not think C/H L/O or whatever. I could look at 100 IPs and Ill damn near guarantee none of them will cover the icon with the needle. All they have to do is make the needle same size as it is for the Speedo and RPM. Its just a piss poor design.
Take some responsibility for your actions instead of pinning it on the manufacturer.

New straight six engine architecture from FCA?
in Competing Products

Yes there are pros to a I6... all things being equal.
But that same "all things being equal" would imply that Ford engines should be getting spanked on displacement. But theyre not.
