I don't see it as an increase in production, the 2nd shift building trucks is switching over to the Escape side. It will still be the same amount of shifts building trucks. The only increase that I can see happening is if KC has there 1 shift going on OT.

Who knows, I've been hearing all kind of stuff. I do know that its getting old working days for 2 weeks and then nights for 2 weeks. This bullshit bump system they have at this plant is ridiculous, is this the only plant that has a once a year bump?

Nick has been telling people that this is a permanent thing, lets hope so but who knows.

Your right it never hurts to listen what the company wants but I still say vote NO on any more concessions! VOTE NO!!!!!

Maybe because they filed bankruptcy and they are doing everything they can to get people in the show rooms, stay blue brother!

I can look at it like that but people looking in don't... regardless of that, c-crew still runs like shit....I can't see it lasting much longer, majority of people don't like working days and nights every 2 weeks.

Right now c-crew does not have enough employees to run, they brought in people from a-crew this week and still had problems running. Quality is in the toilet right now with c-crew and they have a big attendance problem on this shift and to top it off they screw up our pay every time. The last paycheck majority of people got they paid 6 1/2 hrs overtime too much so the next check we get that will be deducted from it....that place ran like shit all week.

Not scared, just don't want to start over. If I wanted to make 2nd tier wages I would have just stayed in NC.
