The amount for FICA, medicare, and federal income tax is the same for everybody!!!!!!!

Doesn't matter what you claim on W-4!!! This is considered a payment just like lump sum bonuses!!! Taxed at max rate!!! Depending on state income taxes where you live, you will get between 62,000 to 65,000 after taxes!!! You can change your W-4 to whwatever you want and it won't effect how much you get for the buyout!!!

Have you ever heard of INSURANCE COMPANIES???? That's why healthcare is so expensive because INSURANCE COMPANIES dictate what doctors can provide patients and then brake it off in the doctors ass for malpractice insuarance!!!!!! Right now they are not seperating skilled trades and production. The list out now has both on it. Everyone on the list took a retirement buyout(incentive) and has 77 or 78 seniority.

The list was all people who had 77 or 78 seniority. They were also the ones that took retirement buyouts. I was always told they would be the first to go. What makes me mad is the rest of us who signed up are in limbo because the company and the union can't agree on how many packages. NOTE TO THE UNION: LET ME THE OUT!!!!!! I understand they don't want to let too many go at once. However that should not preclude them from letting everyone who will be getting a buyout who they are. I don't really care when I leave, I just want to know that I am leaving.
