I would buy one in a second. Too bad the last one you could get is a 99 Tahoe. Throw some sort of Displacement on Demand system on there to help with the freeway gas mileage and it would sell.

Wouldn't 4.10's be a bit much for a roots blown Mustang? So much low end torque- maybe 3.55's, but not 4.10's.

19's will be perfect, the tires will NOT be extremely low profile. 05-07's have such large diameter tires from the factory. If you ran 255/40/19 on all four corners, you would have slighter less diameter than the stock tires. If you guys recall, 255/40's was a very common tire size for people to run on their 17's for the 87-93 Mustangs. The only problem is the that there does not seem to be many 19" options. I see many 18" and 20".

I'd pay extra for a little protection on the undercarraige. Especially with these Chicago winters.

If they were looking for a cost effective way to make a model in between the GT and GT500, couldn't they drop in the 03-04 Cobra (or even the 03-04 Mach 1) drivetrain in, make a few cosmetic changes and there it is. I'd buy it.

You can get away with putting less than premium in many performance cars even if they require it. However, I wouldn't recommend doing this with a Mach 1 with high compression and aggressive computer right from the factory.
