"I forgot to thank Tim Starr" I forgot one " Very " important person. Tim Starr. Mr. Starr made it clear his goal in life was to see that I did not get re-elected. He stated he would push my friend Bruce Click, just to make sure I was ousted. Because he slammed me all over Trim, he too opened the door for me to elaborate. Heres the issue. The PSO operation on the I.P. line. Tim had his committeeman write a grievance for 40 hours because the company worked a G. U. on this PSO for three days. No overtime involved. Same line. For some reason he felt he should have been taken off his operation and given the chance to perform this PSO before the G.U. . Three days, 40 hours? Any pay period ? I played devils advocate and got him paid two hours. Remember, no overtime involved. Three days. Where a sane person comes up with 40 hours in three days blows my mind. Sounds like Bushes fuzzy math statement could apply here. Anyway we were becoming friends I thought. This issue caused him to literally hate me. Hate me ? Before campaign time Bruce Click and I talked. I offered to support him for Bargaining and I would run for Committeeman. At that time he did not want to run for Bargaining. So I decided to. However, Tim with this vendetta on his mind encouraged Bruce to run for Bargaining. I have no problem with that. Bruce is a good man. He is definitely good for that position. The only problem is, that we basically canceled each other out. That part kinda sucks. I know we are both good for the job. Like I said though, I would have supported him. The real crappy part of it all is Tim don't care. He got what he wanted. Me out is all he wanted and made that very clear. Tim, why? I can't believe you allowed hatred to make you blind. I can't believe you hate me over a bogus grievance. Your type of beliefs are why the union has such a bad wrap. When the union pushes for this kind of nonsense, we loose ground. Those type of grievances are paid by giving something up. I would not do it, nor will I if elected again in the future. I know you have a lot of friends that you really trashed me to. I just thought they should know the real deal. The things I've heard come from your mouth and this incident makes me glad we really never became friends. You might grill a mean steak, or really sell the tickets. However, your ethics stink. For those of you that know he is from West Virginia, please don't judge everyone from West By God. Not everyone is like this. Only the ones drinking bad mine water. I don't like this kinda stuff. If I did, I could have put out some mean letters about a couple of opponents. Unlike Mr. Yates stories, mine would have been true. Yes Bruce put a letter out about me. Saying I was never in the plant. I believe a man should be truthful to hold a position like Bargaining Committeeman. You Mr. Yates are not honest. One of the only two structure meetings we had, was to warn us that security was documenting every time Bruce left the plant. That his time was being stopped and we could expect the same if we tried leaving without permission. This is the God's honest truth, ask the others that were on day shift structure. I have one question for you, why is it always women who come to your rescue? Why do you always wanna get back to the men with their problems, but will jump through hoops for the girls? For some reason in a couple of cases, I would get involved with a female eployees issue. Somehow you were brought into the situation. At that point my hands were off. To many fingers in the pie don't help anything. The sad part is you somehow convinced them you were the only one helping. Like mice following the piper they made sure everyone new, you were the man. I'm done, none of this matters anymore anyhow. Again thank you to those who did not allow garbage to infiltrate your minds about me. Also, I'm sorry if I let some of you down. I'm sure I dropped the ball somewhere. With a plant this size and the chaos thats been going on, it most likely happened somewhere along the way. If it did, I truly am sorry. There were a couple of ridiculous letters put out by some twit about Micheal and me. I did not respond. I didn't want to even give the poor creature the attention. Then there was a letter that shocked me, by Rebbecca Arena. Wow ! God please touch this womans heart. Please don't let something horrible happen to her for saying she hoped the lady with brain cancer died. Oh my God. In my job, I have dealt with all kinds. I've heard people say some off the wall things, but this was so evil. being that Rebbecca opened this to the public, I can now talk about it. I have the right to defend myself once an accusation is made. Mrs. Arena states that I did not help her when she and another woman turned each other in for what I feel was childish crap. Two women, one early fifties and the other late forties calling each other names. Playing dueling radios trying to drown the other ones music out. Pitting people on the line against each other to choose sides. It became a daily event visiting labor and the area over this CHILDISH CRAP! Once you involve the company it becomes an issue with 0 tolerance. I was assigned to the area after they had gone to the company. You got what you got, cause you did what you did. As a committeeman, I have to represent everyone. NOT CHOOSE SIDES LIKE YOU WANTED. To find out later, one had a brain tumor. God Bless her soul, she had an excuse. Whats yours? I know and respect your husband. I just don't understand you. For anyone that might have taken her letter seriously, please ask some people on the motor line on days. You will find I'm not the bad guy she portrays me as. She had the whole area upset. From what I was told it all started because Rebbecca went to labor to report her unhappiness with a woman not wearing a bra. This was someones friend. Everything spring boarded over this. I hope if you did not vote for me because of this letter, you at least understand the position this put me in. During my time as a rep. I was assigned to Body, Paint and Chassis. I know in my heart "I was there" and "did my job". The last two months I have been assigned to the garage. This area has been screwed up for two years. I'll be honest, I did not get the grip on it I would have liked to. The timing played a big role in this. However, I will be back in the workforce again in a few weeks. I want to congratulate everyone who won. Also say good effort to all like myself who lost. My desire is to see everyone work together. The division was getting pretty old. Everyone needs to get behind Nick and the structure and become one. For those of you who have any faith, please pray for the structure instead of always chopping them up. Hey John; I just want say thanks for being there when I needed you. I also want to say to everyone here that Mr. Pena works a lot harder than most people believe. John Pena is a Damn good rep. There is so much more to that job than most everyone knows. No offence Furious , but it's true. I'm not up on what happened between you two. I'm not picking sides. I just had to speak up for John, because he does his job. Theres no way everyone is going to like him. He gets to be the bad guy because of the nature of his job. I undertsand your frustration. The Union has been fighting for flowbacks. The company will not let it happen. They want to force buyouts etc. Across the board the company has been successful in their plan. Claim they are broke. Push buyouts. Cause manpower shortages. Now, we can't bid jobs, because of training issues etc.. You can't give up production to train, when their is no manpower, they say. This creates problems all over the plants. They put who ever on jobs etc. Union reps run from wild fire to wild fire. Never actually able to accomplish anything. They are so overloaded that they are ready to fallout, and yes they are just as pissed about the whole mess as we are. They are tied up in medical with complaints about the staff their. They are in hearings, because the company is throwing people out left and right. Many more grievances are written because of the mess and they have to sit down and try to get them paid. Also they do take care of slackers as well as try to take care of everyone else. If they don't, the NLRB is on them, laywers are on them etc. The law makes them represent everyone. Now, this is just a tip of things. You see, new mangement has realized, make the people madd. Cause caos. The people will grumble against one another, They will lose trust for their leadership. Slowly, but surely, the union will fold up. I'm not a very good righter. I may not choose my words correctly. Or even spell good. I have been around awhile though. I see it, I hope you will too. The company created this mess. They want to cut our pay. With our pay rates now, they say they can't afford the manpower. They will try and show the union, if we cut our pay and take other cuts, they can afford more people.This will make the people happy. Then all this mess can go away. Everyone hear says they want a strong union. The only power the union has is to strike. Thats the only real power. I don't want to. Most of us can't, because we live beyond our means. However, that is really how we got all we have. The union is trying, but they know in actuality, not many will back them in that capacity. Grievances, complaints etc. and etc. only go so far. When there is that much caos there is only one thing that speaks. The company has the government officials in place to back them. Our current white house is totally anti union. The laws make it difficult for old time tactics to work. Are you willing to walk the strike path? Do you really want all the crap to stop? Think about it. Bash me if you will, but deep inside you know I'm right. ps: don't think for a moment that rebalances will cease to exist if we take their cut. The company will not be happy after cuts. They will cut deeper and deeper.

Ed, why don't you just come out and say it. You are paranoid. You were taken care of in labor performing job bid solicitation. You could not get elected. So you were taken care of Thats cool. You do your thing. Why do you resort to all these attacks against people who have stood up for you? You come online as Dumb Dumber and Dumbest and pretend to be a third party. Your pretty pathetic in attacking some good people. I have not heard any of your victims slam you. You and Robert Gonzales have talked so many lies about Nick, that you are in a frenzy. Cindy 81, I was shocked to read your comment in support of Ed Baire. I understand he is your friend. Thats ok. However, you stated in a previous post you see him more than your previous committeeman. Common Cindy, I saw the previous committeeman with you almost daily. I worked right by you. In fact I remember you trying to get him to cut a hog and get you to chassis as a labor pool, when you were a welder sub. He would'nt do it. He still was a friend to you. Is this why you made a statement like you did? Or is it because Ed baire has some political reason to get his friends to post garbage and is pulling owed favor strings? The committeeman you pretty much slammed was always good to you. I have never heard him talk bad about Ed ever. I thought he and Ed were friends. The rest of us in body miss our old committeeman. He was on the floor everday. He did'nt where coveralls around to pretend he was there. He was there. How can you sleep at night, you attacked a very good mans reputation for political reasons.
