  1. Look at it this way........ We gave up our last raise already, plus gave some COLA money to the retirees..... add compound intrest to that.... The 3 grand, less tax, is getting us EVEN for what we lost, now what have we gained? NADA, my friends! No raises, no COLA, lump sums? those are taxed to the bone, we get squat, the suits get the steak, we get the bones Now they are talking temp ? pay cuts...Laughing my ass off at that one!11 We bust our asses off to build this company, make it what it is today, just like our brothers and sisters did befor us, we must stand together and save the future for our up and comming brothers and sisters....they will need to enjoy their retirement also. Lets not take just anything they throw at us...upper management must share in the givebacks ALSO TO THE SAME PERCENTAGE AS WE DO !
  2. I have heard through the rumor mill that KC is in line to get the new C-346, the supposed "World Focus" set to produce in 09 as a late 10 oe early 11 model.....was going here to Wayne, but we can't build this piece of crap with the suppliers sending their shit here....seems to me like this is meant to kill off WAP intentially....after all , they sent off a great Plant Manager to Oakville, and brought in " The Closer", some clown from Atlanta Dale Wishnousky.......
