  1. The word on the floor is this shift rotation is not going to happen. How come they are preparing the medical staff for no C crew?
  2. If you bid "In Zone" do you give up RTBU?
  3. 187 Production went in to JSP this past Monday. Not by senority but by department. Next Monday JSP will be reorganized starting with lowest senority. 240 total Production will be in JSP as of Monday the 23rd. The next addition to JSP probably won't happen until we lose ETB.
  4. That is incorrect. There will be bids for Wayne going up next week. No one is being forced to go to Wayne until at least the bids go thru.
  5. Rumors this morning are saying by June 23rd the Production number in JSP will be 350. Possibly hitting senority to Sept. 97.
  6. There might be yet another twist to this story happening today. Only time will tell.
  7. 187 Production as of 6/11/08 in JSP

  11. How does your schedule work for Production when Holiday's are in the mix. Like this past Easter when we had Good Friday thru Monday off. Did they not work at all or are you required to work on Holiday's at 4 day shift plants?
  12. Also, if it came down to it. Paying $200 for medical a month might just get some of the constant Medicals/AWOLS to show up for work more often.
  13. I would rather pay $200 medical premium and keep my COLA. You make more than $200 a month with your COLA added in.
  14. Oh, and it only gets better. I hear we have Tracy Smith running for what is it VP now?
  15. No truth, just hopeful thinking.
  16. As previously posted, we just hit a little over 200 people signed up for buyouts at the end of dayshift on Friday.
  17. Was still just under a 100 on Thursday. I will find out on Monday what we are up to now.
  18. The ILO's were not a rumor manufactured by the union. The ILO's were directly from the plant manager and his meetings. No I can not give my source or ask you to believe what I post. The fact is the ILO's were here and Goddard is the one that got them cancelled.
  19. Yes, this does prove he is working for us. The ILO's were scheduled to begin. As in they actually had all names recorded down. Joel came in and saved alot of people's asses today, the ILO's were here not just a rumor.
  20. Joel Goddard returned to Rawsonville today wearing his Superman costume under his clothing. Not sure exactly what he did or how he did it. The ILO's are being postponed for now. So luckily the ones that won't go back on TLO's will get some real paychecks for the Christmas season.
  21. September 99' is the rough senority date. Below that will be ILO'd as of the 13th of November. Mark Harden was telling people today to sign up as soon as possible for your buyout if you will be ILO'd. The Union is being told that even if you are ILO'd you will still be able to sign up for the buyout. Most of the Union is suggesting you do this right away just in case the company tries to pull something. I am coming off of TLO on Monday only to work one last week and I will be ILO'd. It's been fun Rawsonville. Good Luck to everyone that sticks it out and still has a job. If you have higher than 99 Sept. senority rate you are going to need to pray for a good amount of buyouts (800 est.) or you will be next on the chopping blocks for the next ILO in another month.
  22. Here's a Rawsonville story for you regarding the $hitbags coming back for the money or buyout. We had a new hire Visteon, rougly September 2004 senority hire in. Since then he has been switched over to Ford with the nice wage increase from Visteon. He has managed to get fired once for threatening a Supervisor (RA). Got hired back 6 months later and went back on his merry way. Several months go by and his true personality starts to show again. He threatens 2 people on his line. Now know this, his line only consists of 3 people and 1 set-up. Labor relations has now put him out on Medical. Security has a picture of him up front not to let him inside the plant. The kicker......they told him to stay on Medical and only come back to take the buy-out and then go back out on Medical until his employment with Ford ends.
