Thanks! We are still having wind noise of the drivers side even after the dealer did the first TSB for the window trim stuff. This sounds like I can tape up the outside mirrow to test, before I waste a trip to the dealer. Can anybody suggest exactly what Ford means by trailing edge of the mirror sail?? And what kind of tape to use?

Yes, something is wrong. We have towed our boat to Lake Powell and Lake Navajo a total of 1800 mi. Our boat is around 5,000 lbs loaded with fuel, and we could not be more pleased. It pulls way better than the 04 Expedition did.

We have had ours in twice, the second time we told them about the fix, which they tried. We still have the wind noise, it seems even worse after they looked at it. so I have to reside that we will just have to live with it:) Hope your truck has better results!

Yes we noticed the lower volume from the back-up sensor from our 04 to the 07. All of the tones are very pleasing (sounds) compared to the 04, so I guess it is just progrause. When you are in very close quarters, it might not be very good to have the radio blarring so you could not hear the back-up alarm

Thanks so much!! I wish us consumers did not have to do the Dealers homework! I forwarded this to my dealer and I will show it to the Ford rep when he checks my tailgate water leak.

Yes, we have it in our EB. We had the dealer check it and they said that it is a normal air flow noise. With this being said, the passager side is supper quite, so if it was normal it seems like both side would do it. Hopefully if enough people let them know about the wind noise, maybe the factory can address the issue.

It is still not fixed, we had a rain yesterday and still leaking! This is getting very old, so we demanded a Ford rep to come out and take a look at it, so we will see what happens??

Our 07 EB air is not as cold as our 04 Expedition. This is driving my wife nuts, we had the dealer check the air conditioner and they said it was normal. The dealer refilled the freon to over full, it did help bit it is still not even as cold as my Focus. Anyone else have this problem??

The EXP was at the dealer for two days adjusting the seal and replacing the tail light seal. The dealer worked on this truck for a day in a half, adjusting and replacing the seals etc... They said it was finally fixed after pouring water over the back for hours and hours. I just got one of those fluke problems, where no one else ever will!

[i have the same issue! It is kind of funny, my 2004 Expedition leaked also, now my 07 EB does! We took ours to the dealer and they adjusted the rubber seal, but yesterday my wife said it still leaks, so back to the dealer we go!

That is the color of my 07 EB also! I had an 04 Firered EXP before, which I kind of wanted that color again. But the EB Blue was the only one in my price range on the lot. But after driving it home, I love the color!!! It is a very rich and deep looking blue, and yes, the black interior is the bomb! What wheels are those? I have the 18" wheels on mine are yours the stock 17"?
