Your right i shouldn't call them idiots,just because every time the union comes out with a new letter about some new news the company always comes out with something opposite.

Just heard that LAP brothers and sisters got there lay off notices today going back to August 94 to stay on, a sad sitiuation to say the least. I also that KTP canceled two of the down weeks in July, and everybody back to work. What is up with that? The company is making the union look like idiots again.

You know i am kind of shock that we do not have some suck___s person appointed to this job, they have a person or two or three appointed to every other non-production job!!! The ones that hang out n the union office and suck up and laugh at what ever Scott says until they get appointed.

Everybody wait a minute, First the issues that you guys are having a pissing contest about happen way back then, thats in the past,nobody really will ever know the truth about all this bullshit. We are voting on our future right now i am sure mistakes are made every day in that plant. I personally don't think that there is one honest committeperson in that office,everybody is just trying to save there own job,saying what ever they can to bash another union brother or sister to do that. How do you think this looks for the whole world that is seeing all of these messages? I do not think that there should be any "appointed job" in the union office it should be based on knowledge not who you know or who you blow!!!!! I been around that plant since 1993 and it hasn't changed so no matter who gets voted in there is always going to be bullshit going on and the company just sits back and laughs as we break down each other,, I done now...

Our ESSP rep is another suck ass appointed person who has no clue, he couldn't get reelected as committeperson,so he got appointed by able just my 2 cents worth PEACE OUT

The problem is not the engine it self,it is in the electronics. It takes about 15 minutes to reprogram each truck. But your right it should have been caught during all the test that the engineers do. I think thats the biggest problem the engineers. just my opinion,I have been at ford for 14 years and see it daily.They do not want to listen to the workers.

We also was told we would start tag relief and they are going to bring back the IP line and that keep from laying anyone off. who knows any more

The word at KTP is that they are going to announce this week that they are cutting a crew and will be working 2 crews 5 days 10 hours!!! anybody have any info on this?
