I saw that truck this morning on Oakwood and started to turn right to follow it, and came about 2 seconds from making a right into the experimental vehicles building. Whoops.

Some chick that lives in my apartment complex has been driving a white Taurus and a white Freestyle with M plates for the last couple weeks, and they both look excellent in white. It accents the chrome quite nicely.

I've been meaning to post something about these. I was going to send a shot of the Mercury "Freestyle" to Brenda Priddy, but she told me not to bother, it got canned a while ago, hence the fact it's not wearing camo. It's been sitting there for months. The yellow crossover is the Ford Ecosport subcompact, most likely just a B-car mule. And the F150 is just one of the mules that's been spotted running around Dearborn, but what's interesting is that every mule I've seen has had 6 lug wheels, including this one, which is a SuperCrew. This lot is full of the "red headed stepchildren" of Ford's prototypes. There's still camo'd Focuses, Edges, MKXs, and Super Duties sitting in it.

These things have been cruising around for MONTHS. They're parked behind a building on Levan Rd. across from the Livonia AT plant and between a DC supplier and Roush. There's 8 or 9 of them, and they seem to be driven by consumers...
