Thanks again for the link I got the replacement blower and the fan runs good as new! Like you said the repair was also very simple and it's amazing how quiet it runs compared to the old chipping one.

Twintornados, I've got the same chirping sound on 2010 Mercury Milan where did you buy the replacement HVAC blower motor from? I changed the cabin filter about 3 months ago and it looked about the same if not a little worse. -WxDan

I know what you mean! I'm going to base my final decision on either the Euro Focus or Mercury's new small car. I really hope it has some very good lines and a nice suspension/engine combination. Mercury's have the perfect balance of luxury and performance.
