What I don't understand, the posting is asking for 40 people, if a month from now they want another 40 there going to work off the same posting instead of reposting for another 40.

I think this is the first contract that ford has not take anything from us!! Alot of people from Sterling is vote YES.

Sterling is getting a hell of alot more money then Romeo!!!! Look at the Contract!

The only reason all of you guys are pissed is because the Union and Ford wants to hire and cut your overtime. Where I work, we have not had any overtime for over a year and I am doing fine. Do not base your life on overtime because it won't always be there. Thats the first rule I learned when I started working at Ford!!

I work at Sterling Axle and we are working next week so AAI must be only building Mustangs.
