  1. for those company yes rats. if this is such a good deal for us then why is i-uaw threatening all of are local appoited rep, chairmans, bargening com. to push a yes vote to us and if they don't they will be replaced (the appointed reps) and for the rest left without support from i-uaw. if its that good it should pass on its own merrit and not by threats from the ones getting their pockets lined and giving their self raises afterwards like in the past. to gary and nick thank you for knowing who you work for and manning up for what is right. i will buy both of you a round and sunday after the meeting. for the puppets elected reps hope you get that regional job you were promised because i will remember you trying to sell us out on this come next election and i'll remind the members of who you where at that time as well
  2. well said dale i agree have a set and vote no. we have to make a stand and now is the time. this is just to much. NEVER GIVE UP YOUR RIGHT TO STRIKE. i'll ever take this one back to the bridge
  3. well gary did stand up that much is true as for the rest of what you say he said is crap. gary is the only union rep that stood up for the membership like a man and told bob king what crap it is. it sounds like your name is ray or nick both one and the same sucking up the bob king and company for a job
  4. i work in mp&l at dtp an my superintendient told me sometime in october
  5. they are corrupt and nick is just a puppet with no control. the local decides policy not nick or any one else in the plant union office. here is so more corrupt things. what about those transfers 50 or so i forget the number that transfered from wayne assembly and some other plants to the dtp and rouge. they started working at the rouge on sept 22, 08 when day and night shift came back to work and the c-crew employees didn't come back until end of feb, 09. that is a direct violation of the contract. friends and family goes for more than buying a new vehicle. what about never getting a local contract book to look at. i guess thats so the company can do what they want and the union can line their pockets, and we don't know whats right and whats wrong. what about that employee from trim who fell in a pit. he's not able to work. the company is trying to screw him the union hall wouldn't send a rep during his workmans comp meeting. things are going to change NOT. but you have to watch what your saying because some spineless punks on this site are rats for the union posing to be somebody.
  6. yea baby thanks to all that hard pushing you been giving me :banmolest: :banmolest: :banmolest: :banmolest: :banmolest: :banmolest:

  14. kalu if your on day shift find ugene howard(half) at your plant he on day on the truck side chassis and ask him what he was told by a johnson controls rep on his his flight back to norfolk when ya'll were down. i talked to him on the phone sunday night, and what he told me was not good for ya'll.
  15. hey level not voting is a yes vote thats why they pass the stuff that everyone seems to not want because not enough people vote. but you already know that being a salary rat. level is always trying to miss inform us for the company. word has it he cuts the lawns for the fords, mulally, and fields.
  16. jd powers awards don't mean shit we had 7 in my old plant and they still closed it. so what does that say on the company's policy on quality. yep dtp screwed the launch can't argue with that. a bunch of dumbass millbillys up here. funny thing is this is the best launch dtp ever had. yes it is good to be in detroit and no you guys don't build quality. whats kc's number 145 per 1000. like i said if you can't get below 60 per 1000 gone wrong. don't make a false claim at building quality. now wipe me towel boy
  17. yep thats true everything has been approved but put on the back burner. even working week of jan 05 now.and we are getting a line speed reduction when c-crew comes back and it going to stay reduced. heard ya'll getting 2nd shift back.
  18. stroker97 you and the rest of the world need to get a clue. its the UAW WORKERS that really care about quality in any of the big 3 cars or trucks built in the UNITED STATES of AMERICA not the any of the those highly over paid salary company workers. they are most money in their pockets for the least put into the product. the union workers have been taken pay freezes, benefits cuts, and even pay cuts to new hires. and the whole time the top ceo's high been taken pay raises. flying corporate jets across country to there homes because they won't live where they work.( us union workers have to relocate across country to keep our jobs)in some cases.they give their selfs bonuses. now one would think after all the uaw workers have given up so far to keep their jobs in the U.S. and help out the company's in bad times you would think they would cut the cost on the sticker nope they don't. none of them have taken a pay cut or passed up a bonus, or even not fly to D.C. to ask for money. and for those puppets who bash us union workers in the news so the mass public will believe it well thats alot of money spent by these company's to get you to think this way so stop being a puppet and start thinking for your self get informed ask questions. and for the way we talk to each other on here, its like hellcat said, if just blowing off steam. so don't be fooled we work together and we stand together. oh yea i more than likely spelled so things wrong so fucking what. i didn't get hired for my spelling. me like every other united auto worker was hired to build you a vehicle to drive and all of us build the best we are able to each and every day. we could do a lot better if the company stopped out sourcing out of country. your want to talk about quality i currently drive a 2001 f-150 super crew 4x4 it has 180,123 miles on it and still runs smooth. i'll drive it across country and not give one thought of worry to if it can make it or not and all i have done is DRIVE IT LIKE I STOLE IT. change the fluids when needed for the most part, changed the brakes when needed, change the shocks when needed, and gave it a couple of tune-ups and a couple of new sets of tires when needed. and when i lived down south pulled a whole bunch of chevys, dodges, and all the rice burners out of the sand on the outer bands of north carolina. now i ask you any foreign vehicle can lay that claim. why can i because UNITED AUTO WORKERS built my truck in the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
  19. fuck you bitch me lazy i'd like to see you or anybody else lift 30,000 pounds in a 10 hour shift like i did when i first started out with ford and if i had to i could still get it done. lazy i trained well over 500 new employees to deck and secure f-150,250,and 350 tires by hand all but 3 quit after 3 hours and went back to there lower paying jobs because reality put a foot in there ass on how hard an union auto workers job really was. and for any body who thinks we don't work hard come work in our boots for a day before you open your mouth
  20. oh yea on your way back drop bigcountry off in yankee ass west virginia don't need any more of that trash fucking up the banks any more. :happy feet: :happy feet: :happy feet: :happy feet: :happy feet: :happy feet: :happy feet: :happy feet: :happy feet: :happy feet: :happy feet: :happy feet: :happy feet: :happy feet:
  21. don't even bring me in with general his wife and your will be in my house when you and bigcountry will be riding back to carolina i'll still have a job up here 20yrs bitch 260 on the new list ya bitch take this :banmolest:
  22. you guys have never built anything close to quality. for now on if your plant can't build less than 60 units per 1000 gone wrong don't use quality when talking about your plant. i have owned 2 trucks from your plant and had to spend 18 months fixing your factory defects. never would buy anything out of kc again
