Would you mind sharing your dealership's info so that my dealership could possibly contact them to get the fix for this. Everytime I call to see if they've got any new info on how to fix it, they act like I've got 4 heads and am the only person with this problem. name='Maxine01' date='Mar 25 2009, 09:01 PM' post='485713'] When I took delivery of my FEH in late January, even before leaving the lot, the salesman and I found the clock disappeared when the radio or any media was turned on. Like others in this forum, Ford customer support told me there was supposed to be an option to turn on the clock- not on my system. My dealer twice reinstalled software as directed by the Ford dealers' technical Support - the only result was that the Date/Clock display became frozen when a disk was inserted. Finally the dealer ordered a new clock module. On the day it was to be installed ( It was not installed), Ford came through with instructions to update the dealer's computer device that is used to program the Navigation system and then to install some new software into my FEH. While the result is not perfect, I now have a clock appear in the upper display when the radio or other media are active. It appears, in blue, between the bluetooth icon and the passenger temperature setting.I was also having a problem with the bluetooth activating the V-cast streaming music on my phone and this would disable the phone function. This software seems to have fixed that problem as well. Hopefully, Ford will make this fix widely available.

Everything in the center console stays on when the media (any of them) is on other than the clock. Blue tooth icon shows up, phone shows up, temperatures are displayed. But as soon as the radio or media...basically as soon as you turn on anything that would have audio the clock (time and date) disappear.

Ordered mine Labor Day weekend and just picked it up from the dealer Tuesday night! Just as an FYI to those who haven't received theirs yet, there was another price increase....not sure if it affects regular sales but my X-Plan pricing went up 325ish dollars and had a pricing code of 925 instead of the 920 when I ordered it. I've read about the August increase being price protected and asked the dealer about this one and he said "no" and after 4.5 months the extra 325 wasn't going to break the deal (I wanted the car!) but just in case anyone who's still waiting wants to check on their pricing! So far after 3 days, I'm loving it! :D

Just picked up my 09 FEH Tuesday (after a 5 month wait) and so far this is my only complaint! If I have any media on (nav, cd, mp3 player, usb, etc) the clock on the center console disappears. As long as it's powered off the clock displays the time and date. There's no clock to be found anywhere on the displays with the radio on. Gotta flip the radio off see what time it is then turn the radio back on....could be a problem driving to work in the mornings :boring: How will I know if I need to speed to work or if I can scoot down the road in electric mode?! Has anyone had any luck figuring this out?
