  1. I got an e-mail this morning stating my order has been changed to a Retail order with a priority of 10. Despite multiple e-mails and questions, there's still no clear explanation of how or why it was entered as a dealer order with a priority of 20.
  2. The "Ghostbusters" sign is the international symbol (International Organization for Standardization or ISO) for NO. As with many early MyFord Touch issues, you can look in the owners manual, find the fuse location in the fuse panel under the glovebox, pull that fuse for a minute or so, reinsert the fuse and allow the system to reboot. There should be a red fuse puller attached to the inside top of the fuse panel under the hood, or lightly grab the fuse with a needle nose pliers. You will lose all your saved data, that may solve your problem. Another option is to take your car to the dealership and have the system checked under warranty.
  3. Well, that review said a whole lot of nothing about very little. Not much in it about the "drive".
  4. I've been working with ice-capades on my dealer/priority number dilemma and he's been a great help. I'm guessing he'll see this and respond.
  5. If a retail order is still in a Unscheduled - Clean status, can that order be cancelled by the customer, or is it in the "system" waiting to be scheduled?
  6. I sent my dealer an e-mail with posts 67 & 72 pasted into it, no user names were included and I'm still waiting for a response. If I don't get a response with an explanation and resolution that gets the car scheduled by Wednesday, I'm cancelling my order. One option I'm going to float by them is to sell me a Titanium from inventory. Its MSRP is 36395, dealer price with rebates 34129, if I can get them to knock off another 1500 to 32626 I'll take it.
  7. My last location request on May 6th by cyberdman showed it still Unscheduled - Clean. The salesman said his "sheet" showed nothing. I will try to find out today how or why this happened. Maybe it's going to show up with their initial order of cars for the dealership and no one told may salesman this was happening, that's wishful thinking anyway.
  8. Thanks Pioneer. For some reason, I suspected it was the priority number. I sent an e-mail to my salesman yesterday asking if I was a assigned a 19 priority and if that meant that all the 10-18's would be built before mine and if his manager could lower it. I will be calling him today.
  9. I contacted my salesman Wednesday last week and he replied that his "sheet" still does not indicate any update from unscheduled. WTH, people who ordered a month or more after I did have VIN's and window stickers. I don't know if it's my priority number or dealer allocation, but I'm getting pissed.
  10. Either that guy's a terrible driver, or something broke. He wasn't going that fast, or coming out of a tight turn and was coming into a fairly straight section. Oh well, another Chevy found on the road dead.
  11. I don't know if this is the JOB2 date, but the SE Appearance Pkg availability date is 5/31/16 Now that I think about it, that won't be JOB2, just a feature availability date. More likely when the Sport build begins and I can't find anything on that.
  12. This is a European site and I don't know how often it is updated, but based on the VIN you posted in the Vehicle Locator thread, www.etis.ford.com indicates your car has not yet been built.
  13. The series of numbers that indicate the build date are at the bottom of the sticker and looks like this: 120160509116. The date is 12016/05/09116, or May 9, 2016
  14. Why mess with an American classic that has a loyal following, good sales and is a part of automobile history. Leave the "shooting brake" to the customizer's.
  15. Thanks ice-capades, once again you come through. Imagine that, another IT department that's a mess, I thought it was only where I work.
  16. Does anyone have information on why there's a material hold on Fusions (at least mine). My SE order is nothing special, it has all the S features and features available on the Titanium and as far as I can tell the plant is still producing those cars. My totally uninformed guess is either White Gold Metallic paint, Lane Keeping System electronics, or 1.5L engines.
  17. Unless you purchase or order the 202A package. If all you want are upgraded headlamps, you don't have to spend the extra 4K or so for a Titanium.
  18. Fingers crossed for good news. F58011 / 9006 Thanks
  19. I was thinking about this and with the rear tail light redesign, I wonder what the 2017 SE lights will look like when the running lights and brake lights are on. As you can see, each tail light is now split by the chrome accent versus the 2016 style.
  20. That's a good sign. A VIN means it's been scheduled and the sticker should be available on or just before the actual build day. Here's an interesting post I found explaining the order process: http://www.focusrs.org/forum/11-focus-rs-purchasing/908-ford-ordering-process-explained-start-finish.html
  21. No ETA yet. The last time I requested tracking it was still Unscheduled - Clean. I don't believe the OK To Buy order has been given so no retail orders have been scheduled. My salesman won't give me a build date estimate. I was going to request a tracking update on May 9th. I didn't get park assist because I rarely parallel park anymore. I sold my inner city home a few years ago and now live in a burb, most often now go to shopping centers rather than inner city shops and park away from others to get steps in and keep my car away from opening car doors and people who don't have park assist. I ordered White Gold.
  22. Ford may be tardy putting out product, but who knows how far the R&D is. I only read a portion, but it seems until a refined finish product is ready, Ford isn't going to rush to market. Despite what's already out there, this technology is still in it's early stages.
  23. According to ETIS, Less Navigation
  24. ...and there is a start/stop feature enable/disable switch on the center console. A much more pressing issue is, when will the OK to Buy order be issued and when will retail orders be built?
