THIS IS JUST MY OPINION!!!! in the part of the modifications that stated there will be no cap on "ENTRY LEVEL EMPLOYEES" My opinion is that before the next contract Ford will be hiring so many people and over roll the plants that it will end of with more entry level employees at $14 an hour than senority people making $29 that when new contract comes around they want to make our wages around $20 an hour. The new hires will vote this in cause they would be getting a $6 an hr raise while the rest of us would be taking a $9 an hr paycut. Then there will be major layoffs!!!! JUST MY OPINION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
