I pray to GOD people don't talk about the UAW in a bad way when we turned dwn this last concession ! Our last consession that we did approve did save the company $ 500 million !!! Look on the bright side Ford , we just saved you another $41million by not passes the contract !! I know Ford has debt but every company and everyone in AMERICA has DEBT !!! Keep posting profits and we will all be happy !!!!!

Sorry bro I just cant agree with you on this one ! I'm a firm believer no matter how many contracts you pass or dont pass but if they want to close your plant nothing will stop them ! So dont beat yourself up too much over this, its outta our hands !

Look I will not go on here and tell people how to vote one way or the other but I will say this if we were ever so united like how we are all now , we shouldve shot dwn the one before this ! We gave away a lot more than we are giving now ! More than anything I believe skilled trades and the entry level employees have a harder pill to swallow verus the production. And I know we havent use our strike in a long ass time but I just feel that if the company and union would just take out that no strike clause out , that might help sway voters to a YES vote ! Also if they had a higher bonus to let's say around 2000.00 and be paid right before the holidays and not in March of 2010 that would also help voter's vote YES. The company has taken quite a bit of bonus $$ in the past , if they really wanted to get this contract pass I believe those two things would help out big time !!

I just can't vote YES !!!! I for one will not tell anyone how to vote but I'm just sick and tired of all the game playing going on between the UAW and Ford ! I was promised if I voted YES on the last contract consession that I wouldnt be laid off for a long time and now look at me I'm into TAP ! why are you thanking anyone?? These two plant's were " promised " new work during the 1st concessions ! What did that do for those people still on ILO at Van Dyke ? Not a damn thing ! They are burning up time like the rest of the people who are still waiting to be picked up from Uitca and they are in TAP !! Look I'm not saying that Terry and Mod aren't trying hard to secure new work at their plant's but until that work isnt at these plants I would hold your applausebecause we've been screwed in the past , whats so diff this time around !!!

It's just so funny that the people that are working on the floor are just in this care-free state of mind while people that are on ILO are left to fight battles just to get back to work ! I just can't wrap my mind around this problem ! I'm telling you if we as union don't band together to take a stand you might as well take out the " U " in the UAW ! We need to put a end to all this plant vs plant war's that we are waging ! I'm telling you the company is sitting back and laughing at this !
