  1. http://www.nlrb.gov/shared_files/ALJ%20Decisions/2010/JD-ATL-15-10.pdf Not sure if able to use as link. If not able google Beth Craig NLRB ruling. The truth was seen by the NLRB board for Local 900. The fraudulent charges where imposed by a ex disgruntled MTP Bargaining Rep that did not play her cards right and now is working production. She thought that she was above the rest of her members by not being surveyed in the time frame that the rest of the members had. She sat on her lazy a*s for about a year why the plant was closed and she was still working and did not see one layoff week. She clearly made a decision to ISA because Chairman at WAP seen right through her and would not give her an appointed position. So for all who reads this at ISA and even has one inkling about voting for her the next election for any leadership spot, let me tell you when i had her at MTP as a district rep i seen her on average twice a week and that was walking by. I never seen the company be able to get with what they want and when they wanted it more than when i had her. And as bargaining (REALLY?) she was one who helped give that farm away that we now call ex MTP. She was rep in paint and there went enviromental relief and prep time. I had members of management tell me she was there favorite rep because when they wanted to go to early lunch or break they could because they knew she was gone coaching softball. I'm not saying the reps i have now walk on water but all i know is SAY NO TO ANY EX MTP REPS. The last 10 yrs spoke for themselves. p.s. I heard over @ ISA she team leader or acting leader and she stealing ot from her team. Fu%king up the canvass for ot as she fu$%ed up canvass at MTP to try to benefit her.
  2. Big Tone wheren't you part of the wrecking crew that helped close MTP. Way to go! And if i remember right you where out on the floor at MTP selling the COA and then they closed the sh*t. Its easy to sit on sidelines and just be a hater and contest all decisions made by the leadership. Thats what closed our plant next door all the dissention, backbiting committee and confusion, we dont need that no more! And wasn't Beth in charge of the survey in question? How did she f*uck that up? And you say she is fair and honest, she didn' t sound to honest when she told all her people that they where going back to there jobs and that the MTP was warm idled. Whats your beef with WAP committee? Is it because they stick together or because they didn't give the company what they wanted until WAP was guaranteed product? Just because the MTP committee got outfoxed by the company and Bill did not, don't hate. Tone you used to be one of my favorite reps but don't hate out of jealousy and stupidity. Its a tough time to be leading the local membership right now and I know they will not make every right decision, but from what I see the membership has a bright future here at Local 900. I do agree that them last mods where F*#cked up and that International has to get in touch with the pulse of the membership. And that grievance they wrote was not worth the paper it was written on. Bob King should be kicking Mullalys door down after they gave salary raises at the expense of the members.
  3. UAW does not have a bad name becauase people at WAP can walk and chew bubble gum at the same time. To have you know are quality is top notch @ WAP because we(membership) have high morale , because of our freedoms. Just saying that alot of ex truckers claimed it was a dungon over there and miserable because it was ran like a prison. I cant believe the truck union would allow that. I do have teeth and have never been interviewed by media. Sorry! And if i stated things that are false as you claim "spout off about things you know nothing about" tell me what they are. 1) You had no freedoms TRUE 2) Your committee gave the farm away TRUE 3) Your plant closed TRUE 4) Your leadership is sitting pretty TRUE
  4. You sure princess? I think the union @ WAP is a little bit sharper than what u think. They are not going to sell there people out for a job downtown.
  5. How did that work out for you at the last election at WAP? 2 of our production workers spanked your 2 ex reps. I think most of the ex truckers love it here, they do not want to go back to the old truck committee. I mean seriously you guys could not have headphones, talk on your bluetooths on the line(ya lets go back to them days). At WAP we can have laptops, TV 's . No brainer! Not to mention they gave the farm away(prep time in paint, hilo dept) without the guarantee of product , way to go, while they are comfortably sitting downtown. Gosh i hope you guys take the two plants over MTPer you guys did such a fine job closing the last one. By the way find a new name, MTP is closed.
  6. Hopefully that never happens at WAP, just look what happened at MTP. (closed)
  7. Hey tough guy, you are right you probably will not be on launch team because you have to be able to spell. (Senority) what is that? Do you mean seniority? Not once but twice, come on. Oh ya by the way what is (apponited)? You are a true Jack Off.
  8. You want to vote them out because why? Our plant is still open, because they have great connections dowtown, because they beat the floor everyday, because there experienced committee is better than ours was at the truck plant. Good reasons, don't hate to hate, vote best person for the job whether Green, Blue or Red slate.
  9. I happened to watch your so called debate, it looked like to me that Cursey was handing it to you and your little coronies. It was one vs twelve and you guys were still out numbered. Felt bad for you. The whole time you were trying to bait him to the mic and get a gathering but he outfoxed you. Kinda like when we were at MTP and the company outfoxed you and the Barg. committee to get the COA and they turned around and closed our plant, Thanks Guys well done. At least WAP comm. told the company to get F$#cked with the COA until they where guaranteed product, thats balls. You have to know when to balls up or when to shut up. Take lessons from leadership at Wayne. Just wondering why you were there? Are you not at Saline.
  10. There will be a vote count posted, if you are so worried about a scam why did you not stay all night and challenge the election. Or why not run for the election committee. Quit hating and face the facts, we are all lucky to keep the pavement under our feet. There is a time to reep and a time to give back. Tough times call for tough measures. I hope you will be at the next union meeting to express your feelings. Or are you a monday morning QB.
  11. Joel Goddard great choice. Second best chairman next to Bill Johnson.
  12. Bill Johnson from local 900 would be great. He is very old school and also inteligent. He took a hard line against the companys COA proposal and his members are greatly appreciative. But im sure the top brass has already made the decision.
  13. Why would you want to vote the Green Slate out, look what your Reps. did over there, they gave the farm away and yet your plant closed (ya vote them guys in again great idea). This is my third plant and i can tell you honestly this has been the best representation I have ever seen. I see my comm man everyday. Any time I go upstairs the barg team and chairman are always up there and very thorough. I commend Bill Johnson for taking a hard line against the COA, he caught alot of flack and it was a tough decision, but his years of experiance and connections downtown has paid off mightily, for WAP and soon to be MAP. The only Chairman who would NOT negotiate a COA until we got promised a vehicle, Well Done Bill. It is not truckers vs wayne anymore we are all one team now. Dont just hate to hate.
