you should have bought the EcoBoosted vehicle. 3.6? what are you talking about. The base motor in FLEX is a 3.5 liter. The EcoBoost is also 3.5 also but it is built different. parts are not interchangable. trade it for a used EcoBoost FLEX or MKT

My experience with the MKt has the third row very good for the kids and short adult for short trips. I leave the folded until needed. The extra cargo space comes in handy. I got ecoboost and park asist. the best feature is the adaptive cruise. i hate driving the wifes van because I forget and wonder why the van is not slowing as we get closer to slower traffic

What will this do for my resale value?

:shades: just past 3100 miles. The only fault I've found on my MKt is the carpeting on the passenger side has come untucked and I got some scratches on the wide door sills and the aluminum door sill plates. Other than that it is still awesome :hyper: :hyper: :hyper:

I got the same problem, on the rear hatch I'm going to try silicon on the side edges where the end of the taillight meets the body. I figure it will trap the water even as its going up and any over flow will fall out when the gate is closed . As for the windows I think it's the rubber strips have some type of felt sound insulation and that is soaking up and holding the water, only to release it as the window rubs on the way up. The price we pay for a quiet ride

no problem here, I set cruise to 70 then allowed MKt to close in on slower traffic, vehicle slowed down until I got a message the said something like 'driver intervene'. just past 2k miles.

I've had mine since mid Feb. 2010. I ordered Nov 20th 2010. In the winter I'll use regular in the summer I'll use premium.

found a thread from someone who works in Oakville, sent them my v.i.n. they found the date and time of assembly and were in a position that they could float around. I got the news before my dealer! I going put the pics in the car. When and if it comes to sell it, who knows those photos with service records could get me my price...if I ever sell
