How does the stereo sound in the SEL? I understand that you can only get the basic system in the SEL but you get the Sony system in the Limited. I like the looks of the Sport package but it gets expensive to upgrade the sound with aftermarket parts.

Why not invite a Retiree to go with you . Brother

He may be talking about the amount of money that future Retirees will receive per each year of credited service. I think that has been negotiated in past contracts.

They were notified in 2006 that they would close no later than 2012.

Decker , Maybe you can help me with a question a lot of retirees have about the VEBA. When I first retired , I had a 25 dollar co-pay for my Doctor visits but after a while my benefits were cut. I now have to pay for every office visit, test, and nothing seems to be covered. I live in FL. I retired from Norfolk,VA and my friends there have the same lousy coverage. Retirees in MI that I know have much better coverage. Why is that? I have tried to call the UAW but can't get any answers as to why this is.

As a Retiree I'm not really concerned about whether it's called a Christmas bonus or a 13th payment. It was a big help when I received it, but if it helps the company I can live without it.

I don't think you will receive many replies to this post because there is nothing in this contract for retirees.The only thing I've seen is that we will lose our 700 dollar Christmas bonus.
