LOL! I think what happened is the icon did not display properly and when I responded the name 'beerchug' is what appeared. After I posted....I no longer saw 'beerchug'. I am 63 years old...and can still chug down a beer or two! :party:

Thanks beerchug: I appreciate the info. FYI, the vehicle is outside of the 3 year/36,000 warranty. Great car. I'll report back once I get it fixed.

Recently the light for the Analog clock has burned out. This is the only problem I have had with this vehicle since I purchased it new. The question is.......does anyone know if it's just a light that needs to be replaced for this clock or is the light itself inside the clock....thus a complete clock replacement?

I Googled '2011 mytouch users guide' and downloaded the manual as a PDF file. I don't own a MKX yet, but have driven one and spent alittle time playing with the My Touch system. Contrary to what the dealer tells me....this is a complex system and it will take some time to learn it. Maybe a 'piece of cake' once learned...but certainly not initially. Overall...the new MKX is a vast improvement over the previous version.
