  1. i wrote and emailed this letter and still no response what are we to do as united uaw workers ? Jul 26 (7 days ago) to rgamble Mr gamble, i am a ford worker that worked a Bosch corp long ago when you and jimmy settles were international reps. ... anyways I cant believe the Uaw has gone bad like i am seeing and hearing . The saline plant has union workers and are crying out or help in every way possible. grievances arnt being written the workers faurecia and ach and ford workers that are still there are being told and i quote .. there is nothing i can do for you they will do as thay want. and if well tell them to write a grievance anyways and see where it goes Jason said you the region 1a folks will kill it. so why bother this is NO representation union dues are being paid but no reprensation i being done.. no ACTIONS ARE BEING DONE AS FOR HELP . we were small at bosh and had much much more help from region 1a than these guys are getting . this is bad for them and bad for the uaw and the public will trash the union if they get a hold of this news there are some people ready to take to the news. i was ask about different locals going and holding support rallies and stop fauceria from making saline a non union plant where it is now Headed PLEASE implore you as regional director to look into this and get back to me as to what can be done for these people and what we as ford UAW can do for them after all arnt they our brothers and sisters and shouldnt we stand beside and support them to give them a decent wage and above all fair working conditions ?the Saline plant sold to the french but never forgotten they need help please thank you Lasondra (sandy kirklin) we did it for bosch then lets do i for fauceria NOW

  3. you guys no nothing about what is going on at Saline .... i work there and we arn't being forced anywhere ... the french company has lost its partner for the financial backing ...so it is up in ther air ... we arn't forced to dtp or anywhere else sop go get a fucking life and worry about your own damm jobs ... this site is supposed to be for truthful informantion and all i have seen on here is bullshit that isn't true and doesn't come true .. some people are so pathetic if you dont fucking like where you are working Quit ... stop whining like little bitches that had their candy taken away.... if you don't like what is happing at your plant get a back bone and stand up for your selves from a ford worker at saline that is tired of lies and whiners

  5. :reading: :reading: in the saline plant last night all light blue have to go to labor relations and tell them where they want to go to ( saline not an option) it says they have the choice of map (final assembly) or rouge dtp the union has to date NOT negoiated anything with the french comp. as some are saying they say that louisville and chicago both already have enough signed ot meet what they want . so we will see what happens good luck to dark blue and ach !!!! NOW all have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year come on 2012 ....
  6. posted at the saline plant today ATTENTION ACH HOURLY EMPLOYEES WITH SERVICE DATES PRIOR TO 10/24/11 Locations Posted: Indianapolis, Saline, Sandusky and Sheldon Road Please read the following carefully:Per the 2011 UAW-Ford Collective Bargaining Agreement, ACH hourly employees on the active ACH employment roll on the Agreement effective date (10/24/2011) are eligible to be placed on a preferential hire list for consideration for out-of-zone Ford Entry-Level openings at Ford facilities. Details are as follows: The following Out-of-Zone permanent non-skilled job opportunities are available to all eligible non-skilled UAW hourly employees until January 13, 2011. Eligible employees are as outlined above. Eligible employees interested must sign up NO LATER THAN 5:00 PM on the above date. Employees out of the plant/facility for any reason are responsible for making sure their name is on the list for the available opportunity. EMPLOYEES WHO HAVE NOT SIGNED UP FOR CHICAGO OR LOUISVILLE ASSEMBLY BY THE DEADLINE WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR PLACEMENT FOR THESE OPPORTUNITIES. ACH hourly employees on the active roll as of 10/24/2011 are eligible for preferential consideration for Ford Entry-Level opportunities at Chicago Assembly Plant and Louisville Assembly Plant. Ford Entry-Level opportunities will be offered in order of employee's ACH seniority date, highest to lowest seniority order. Eligible ACH hourly employees on the preferential hire list who either decline or do not respond to such openings will be removed from the Out-of-Zone list and will no longer be solicited for Out-of-Zone opportunities, but will remain eligible for consideration for an In-Zone Entry-Level opportunity. There are no relocation benefits available for these opportunities. Eligible ACH hourly employees who are accepted will be administered by the 2011 UAW-Ford Collective Bargaining Agreement with regards to Entry Level benefits and wages.
