Agree! That's why I went with the FX2, couldn't stand the wood grain look.

You can add this option to any F150. Either manual or power sliding.

Totally agree, I ended up going with the FX2 because I couldn't stand the wood look.

I ordered mine July 21st and received the VIN a week later by calling Ford.

Getting my FX2 Crew Cab for $300 under invoice.

I have seen on here and other forums it being available from 3-7 days in advance of the build date.

I have a 2011 FX2 on order and was wondering if anyone had any experience swapping out the stock grille for the XLT chrome billet-style 6-bar grille? Just need some advice on whether it is a pretty easy DIY project or if its something I should have the dealer do. Thanks!
