You can't tease us like that ...what was the agreement? I ask because I keep getting the check fuel fill inlet and they haven't been able to permanently fix it after 5 fix attempts...so I may be in your shoes soon.

Well the message came back almost a week after they changed the fuel filler neck. I'll report back how they 'solve' for the fifth time now. (At this point I'm just posting this stuff so if someone has this issue in the future they might be able to save themselves some trouble, don't think i'm just endlessly complaining on the forum haha)

I've never waited until the light turns on...is it pretty accurate? Does it just decrease the oil life percentage based on mileage or is it actually monitoring the oil and testing it?

Fordever, have you driven around enough yet to comment on what happens with the autodimming mirros with a tint on your car? I'd assume since not enough light hits the sensor they just don't ever dim...

Makes sense. I brought it up to the dealer and they said if this is the first time it will probably go away since I'm only now using the AC heavily. Guess I'll have to give them the benefit of the doubt and wait a month to see if it sticks around. Anyway for me to clean the 'mold' or whatever is in there? Can I spray lysol in there somehow (and safely) lol?

Mine just started smelling for the first 20-30 seconds on start up now. It's a nasty smell that I can't really describe. Has anyone had TSB 14-0099 completed with favorable results??

The problem only started after they completed the fuel delivery module recall and then swapped my tank out because it was the wrong size. I couldn't find my receipt from January but I think that's when I think they swapped out the fuel filler neck. Any other suggestions? I'll be taking it in today (4th time for this issue) and the issue originally occurred a month before my car turned 1 year old. I'm sure the lemon law process is a nightmare but I'd hate to have this issue for as long as I own the car...would they just give me an equivalent 2014 car if I won the lemon law?

I realize I'm sounding like a broken record but I'm getting the 'Check Fuel Fill Inlet' message yet again. Every time I take it in they replace some aspect of the fuel system and the message goes away for a few months. Then it comes back randomly (never right after a refill either, tank is usually half full) It's just getting ridiculous...especially if this occurs once I'm out of the warranty period. Should I be looking into the lemon law process for this? Or is that meant for way more serious issues? Thanks...

Bump. I'm also really curious about this, if anyone can share their experience.

I got a quote from a highly rated place near me for carbon film ($350) and then carbon XP film ($450). Apparently, the XP is ceramic and rejects 30% more heat than the regular carbon. The film manufacturer is Suntek. Does that seem too pricey?? And will tinting my rear window effect the auto dimming rear view mirror?

If it's around a hundred bucks, I'd love to replace it just to keep my car looking new (ish). Jinx, I asked my dealer for a quote on the part and they said that I can only order the entire bumper...so like $500. I don't think that included paint... I guess I should just try to order it on the website myself and then have the dealer paint it.

Dang that sucks. I also have the white platinum tri-coat. Is my best course of action to order the part through my dealer and have them paint it? And then I'll just try to install it myself?

The small part of my bumper (below the fog light) has some minor damage and I'm not sure how it happened, possibly hitting something on the highway but i just noticed it today while washing my car. Does anyone know if I'd be able to buy only that small part of the bumper and have a body shop replace it? Or do you think it would require replacing the whole bumper? I'm hoping this will be a cheap fix... See attached pictures....Thanks!

I'd love for Ford to just adopt iOS in the car. It's the logical move to have all the processing on your phone. Then as your phone evolves, your car won't be holding it back.

So I'm not getting the "Check Fuel Fill Inlet" message AGAIN. I have reopened both inlet 'doors' and allowed them to reclose to make sure it's a good seal but no success. Is anyone else continuing to get this? I never top off my fuel tank either. I know it's only the second time but it's pretty annoying...

lol, I was just going to post this morning. I started it this morning without being buckled and it sounded 'normal'. The door makes sense though!

I've noticed this too and wondered why it did this randomly. Sounds like it's not so random...

Surprisingly I don't notice anything on the front end. It's always on the highway this seems to happen. I'm just cruising along and then all of a sudden a small rock hits the windshield and scares me and then I notice a small chip where it hit. Beyond frustrating...

So it happened again :sad:! I did go through Geico for the previous divot but the chip was too small for them to repair so they just tried to fill it in but you can still see it. It's really annoying to see when I'm driving, does anyone recommend a do it yourself kit that will do anything? Or am I just stuck with it?

Well mine now went back to normal but for a few days it was nice...I'm going to try the premium fuel for my next tank.

I think I said that when the car shifts from 1st to 2nd or 3rd to 4th (told them I wasn't sure) it is not a smooth transition and feels almost as if someone has bumped into the back of me.
