Thanks for Info. If you could share the part number that would be great. I just got a code p1450 today. It's running fine so far but would rather nip it in the butt before it gets worse. I've got almost 100k on one of the first 2013 2.0s as well.

My 2013 Titanium 2.0L Ecoboost has stalled out on me three times in the last few weeks and it's had an intermittent rough idle since new. Has anyone else experienced this? I'm at 69,000kms. Different gas each time, different speeds (20km/h, 30km/h, 50 km/h). Nothing consistant other than each time was under 50 km/h Dealer seems to be as confused as I am.

I've had the Escape in 3 times for this issue and still no solution. I'm tempted to ask for lifetime car washes or something like that. Washing the vehicle involves the initial wash, then wiping the doors down 2-3 times over the next few days... even that poses a challenge because it doesn't wipe off like dirt, it just spreads. Can't keep the damn thing clean.

Can we get back on topic?? Is anyone else having similar issues?

I know lots of us had sticky door handles. I brought it in and they supposedly lubricated them all. This was 5 months ago. Now I contantly have grease running down from the handles. It seems as thought its actually starting to ruin the paint finish. Every time it rains, i get this run off. They are telling me it's the gasket and that all Escapes have the same problem. So frustrated.

Does anyone else notice wind noise from the driver's door while cruising at high speeds. I figured it was normal, until I sat in the passenger seat and realized that the passenger door had no noise.. same with rear doors.

I'm at over 22,000kms (or almost 14k miles) and my mileage is still horrible. It has not improved at all since day 1. If anything it has declined.

hrmmm remote start works great for me, but the handles aren't unlocking... maybe I'll have to bring it in.

I've noticed this with my Escape... especially after driving at a higher speed, then coming to a dead stop, it seems to idle rough... definitely does not seem normal.

It's been an average of minus -5c (around 23f) lately and I've noticed that the unlock feature (when touching the door handle with fob in pocket) isn't working very well. Works maybe 1 in 5 times at this point. I wonder how well this technology was tested in the cold weather... and if I can expect more technology failure?

I spent my morning pushing about a dozen stuck cars... some of them had winters, but none of them were 4wd... so I would have to disagree. 4wd+winters is absolutely ideal. Regardless, winter tires are important if you are driving in winter conditions.

I notice that when I am on the phone (which is often since I work out of my car), if I put the car in reverse, when the back up alarm beeps, it causes my callers to hear a bad echo. To the point where I need to hang up and call them back. It happens 100% of the time. I have a Blackberry Torch. Not sure if it's a phone specific issue or a vehicle bluetooth issue. Has anyone else experienced this?

I had the dealer lube up the back door handles for this issue, now happening to the front door.
