Just wanted to say thanks everyone that posted in this thread. I picked up our Fusion Hybrid on Friday and was able to use the $750 coupon on it. I was concerned that I wouldn't be able to use it since the email version said it wasn't valid on hybrid models but I emailed the customer ID to my dealer and asked him to check VINCENT to see if anything was available. He said there were 3 different ones listed for my ID: 1 that would be OK for Fusions and X-Plan but not the hybrid model, 1 that would work for all Fusion models but not X-Plan, and finally 1 that was OK for all Fusions and X-Plan. He had everything ready to go and never even needed the printed version that just happened to show up in the mail the same day we picked up the car.

Yes. Mine finally did. Built 9/28. Due into the dealer tomorrow.

On my third try of requesting brochures (C-Max, Fusion Hybrid, and Transit Connect), I finally got the email coupon. Unfortunately, it says "Not available on hybrids..." Thanks for taking care of those of us that want better gas mileage Ford.

Finally got notice today that my '13 Fusion Hybrid is finally out of TBD hell. Built 9/28/12, now on a train heading north from Hermosillo and currently in Nogales, AZ. Estimated arrival at the dealership the week of 1/16. It's about time Ford! Looks like I'll be spending the weekend cleaning up the '04 Expedition for trade-in.

Could be worse, mine was built on 9/28 but hasn't left the plant yet. Dealer called today and said they were informed that updates were completed on all of the Fusions being held but now Ford is working through the logistics of getting the remaining ones shipped out, in addition to those that are still rolling off the line. He finished off the call with..."if I don't see you before Christmas, have a Merry Christmas!". Not what I wanted to hear considering this was supposed to be an early gift for my wife's birthday, which has come and gone, then I figured maybe an early Christmas present, which is coming...and probably going.... :surrender: I surrender...just call me when the car is sitting on the lot please.
