    Yes, I used the VIN of my build and the coupon showed up in the mail a couple of weeks before the car was delivered. It came in the Winter 2013 edition of My Ford magazine.

    I ordered quite a few brochures and didn't receive the private cash util I signed up for the advantage awards program. The $750 came in the advantage rewards magazine and was valid on the hybrid. I was able to use $500 customer cash back incentive and xplan too.

    Hate to hear it. My dealer told me to expect 10-12 weeks due to the holidays. So I was thrilled that it took two months to the day. They did great with managing expectations.Have you tried the tracking forum? I got better information from there than i ever did from the dealer.

    I ordered the SE Hybrid and the only upgrade was the appearance package. I swapped to the hybrid after backing out of the 1.6 due to the recall.

    Dealer called and my SE Hybrid is ready to be picked up. What have been the common issues that I need to look for during pickup? SE Hybrid Appearance Package only 1. Headliner 2. Trunk Alignment 3. Door sill ? Thanks!

    Reading comments from people that have already taken delivery of their Hybrid help to eliminate what little concerns I had about purchasing a vehicle that is getting bad press for the MPG.

    For those of you that bought FFH or SE w/out MFT did you still get the USB port(s)?

    I completely agree. I wish I could use my order # and the dealer # and track my car. It would save me from having to contact the dealer to get an update every couple of weeks.

    This has to be the best advice I've seen regarding MPG in Hybrids. It's a totally different kind of vehicle. You have to be willing to adjust your driving style if you want optimal performance. You have to be willing to be a little slower off the line and arrive at your destination a minute or two later (or not get to the red light quite as fast as you used to).

    Called the salesperson today and he claims the system is just showing a scheduled build date but no VIN. I'll call the sales manager after the New Year and see if I can get some better information.

    Thanks for the clarification! After initially having a 1.6l EB ordered and switching to FFH after the recall I was concerned that there were more unreported problems plaguing production.

    I ordered my FFH a week after you and my dealer informed me yesterday that there is a scheduled build date of 1/15 but no ballpark figure on delivery. timf - What issues are causing some of the earlier orders to get lost in a black-hole?
