Hi, I'm looking to get a sunshade for my 2017 Fusion, does anybody have recommendations? My car has the front sensor, since that seems to make a difference when ordering one. I see a lot of brands out there but would love to hear from other owners. Thanks!

Which one? There are several trim levels. Do you mean the Sport? It and the Platinum are new for 2017, otherwise there's the S, SE & Titaniums.

I'm having a related problem. The prompt volume (which controls reading of text messages and navigation voice) has disappeared. I spoke with support today and they suggested a module reset, which I'll try tonight.

I've only fueled up the car twice since buying it. According to Fuelly, my MPG stands at 26.0. I think the first week I owned it, I had more highway miles and fewer city ones.

Good idea, I'm with you. I think those technologies are good for other drivers who may not be as alert as you and I.

That's changing. I go to Europe on vacation 2-3 times a year. Plenty of rich Europeans in big Mercedes, BMWs and Audis. And Americans are buying plenty of Smarts, Minicoopers and Fiats where I live.

Just the gas that was in the car when I picked it up last Friday. I wonder if the fuel economy meter is wrong, it honestly seems too good to be true. I use cruise control a lot in order to maintain as consistent a speed as possible.

Coming home tonight from a rehearsal and doing 55-65 on the Beltway, I got an average of 42 MPG. Still a far cry from the 34 MPG rated by the EPA. And yeah, I'm pretty happy about this. :-)

Just picked up my 2017 Fusion SE last Friday. So far, I'm actually beating the EPA mileage estimates. I've only put about 150 miles on it so far, but I'm getting 37-39 MPG on the highway. Very impressed after only 4 days of ownership. EPA revised the MPG estimates down from the 2016 model, but I'm not sure why. I have the 1.5 Ecoboost and I absolutely love the start/stop technology. It's whisper quiet when it kicks back in and obviously saves gas.

I scrimped and saved last year to buy my new car in cash, and I just bought my Fusion in cash, too. I hate the idea of car payments.

Two memory settings, I don't remember about the LED signature lighting but believe it comes on when the car is started. I've only owned it for 27 hours and haven't driven it at night-I just sat in it last night. Just went out and the LEDs come on when the car is unlocked. BTW I love being able to start the car using my phone, that is amazing.

Will do, although it's overcast today and forecast to rain. The Lightning Blue is nice but lighter than Deep Impact Blue, which I actually prefer. The car is sweet! Navigation is amazing, love the start/stop tech and the perpendicular park assist. Apple CarPlay is awesome, too. Oh yeah, and I've already started/stopped the car using my iPhone.
