I would love to get some info on my 2020 Aviator order. 2 months have passed since it was built. Thanks in advance.

Bellanca, you’re very fortunate. Mine was built more than a month before yours and still hasn’t shipped.

I was always told Q4 of 2019. And with the delays they’ve been having, I’d assume that’s late in Q4.

That is a pity. There is also a video sometimes ago showing a speaker cover falling off the ceiling.
I have noticed those roof liner grilles not fitting well in videos, but I ordered the 14-speaker system, so I don't have to worry about that issue.

I've been watching A LOT of videos on the Aviator as i watch my built car sit on the lot in Chicago everyday. I've noticed some questionable things in those videos, but none as egregious as this build quality issue. How can they let these two panels leave the factory this unaligned?
This can be noticed in a dealer-made video at 1:14.

I was thinking about what a risk that could be, but glad you did the reading for us...

If you have an iPhone and the Shortcuts app installed, I’ve created a iOS Shortcut that asks you for your VIN and then pushes that info to the Ford order tracking site and pulls four pieces of info:
Production Date
Primary Status
Status
Shipment Date
You can click the shortcut anytime to get order status and also program the shortcut with Siri to ask for car status. I made mine “Car status”, so I can ask “Hey Siri, Car Status” and she will respond “Built: 2019-07-19, In Production, Returned from Offsite and Ship Date: ”
Simply make sure you have the Shortcuts app installed and follow this link on your iPhone to install the shortcut. It will ask for your VIN on the first run - from there you can get your status any time quickly and easily
Use this link on your iPhone

(you might need to copy the full URL from your browser since this forum auto-shortens long URLS)
Enjoy.

@automatters has been teasing their big review of the Aviator when the embargo is lifted on 8/20. They teased 52 different photos and this one caught my eye. It shows the battery fully charged and the fuel gauge says 25 miles.
You can see all the photos here.... https://local12.com/news/auto-matters/photos-2020-lincoln-aviator

I'm waiting for my 2020 Aviator Reserve I and was looking at the ordering guide today....
It seems that if you get AWD with the Reserve (as I am) you get "Adaptive Suspension and the Noise Reduction Module and Sound Insulation Pack".
My question is, what features does the Adaptive Suspension offer you. It must not be the " Road Preview" version of that offering,
but i'm curious what portion of "Adaptive" are you getting with this -

I believe the Base reserve, Reserve 1 and Reserve 2 use the same "Premium Leather Enhanced Micro-Perforated Seating Surfaces" but depending on the add'l options you can get that fabric in the Perfect Position seats and/or Heated and AC ventilation.
