Is anyone else seeing much faster wear on the rear brakes as opposed to the front brakes on there transit Vans?

Hi. I have a small courier company and we run a few Ford transit 250 Van's. Do you know if any restrictions on esp for commercial use vehicles? I'm located in Ontario Canada.
