  1. This may or may not be relevant... I too had vibrating idling in gear, or in neutral for that matter. The whole vehicle would shudder. Figured out that it was only an issue when A/C was on and therefore compressor was running. Took it to the dealer late last summer and they said yes was a problem and needed to be corrected, but didn't have a fix. Couple weeks ago I was in for recall work on the rearview camera and asked if they had a fix yet and they did some sort of software fix that took care of 90% of it. This may or may not be your issue but thought it might be worth mentioning just in case
  2. I have the 22's on my Reserve II and I'd have to say that to do it over again I'd go with the 20's instead. 22's look great but the ride is definitely not as smooth even on a perfect road, especially above 50 mph. On the other hand, I'm in WI and so far they seem okay in the snow despite the low profile so no complaints there.
  3. Dealer did a great job, did take a while though between waiting on the headliner to come in and then the installation. I saw one dirt smudge on the new one but other than that seems perfect, and I use my car all the time hauling stuff so it’s going to get a little wear and tear no matter what. Love the vehicle so far, not as glitch free as my Acura MDX was but then again this vehicle is first model year and it has a lot more character/style than the MDX in my opinion
  4. Got vehicle back today and it appears to be fixed so yes it was simply that the moonroof drain hadn't been connected. Took them a long time to fix but part of that was the wait on a new headliner, and also because they said there's a lot of labor/time involved in installing it.
  5. Just heard from the dealer today, there are drains for the moonroof on both sides of the vehicle and one of them (driver side) was never connected at the factory. As a result, water drained into the headliner. Dealer is going to simply connect the drain to the tube, but the more complicated piece will be replacing my headliner because it shows a bit of water staining on it now.
  6. Yes I bought new and the build date is June 2020. Thought about waiting for the second model year but I really wanted the blue and there was some talk that they were discontinuing it so I took the leap and bought it in July.
  7. Has anyone found and/or installed any crossbars on a 2020 Aviator that they like? Would appreciate any suggestions. Looking to use our roof cargo box for travel. I have the panoramic moonroof but I wouldn't think that this would be an issue.
  8. Saw a similar post from last year but thought I'd share my recent experience. Just bought my 2020 Aviator 3 weeks ago and like it so far but: The other night we hit some heavy rain on the highway and my son (sitting in second row behind driver) complained that his seatbelt was wet. He had inadvertently opened his window for a second so I assumed that this is how it got wet, but it did seem strange. Today I got it washed and noticed that there was water in the headliner and water drips around the top of the seatbelt so there's definitely an issue with a leaky seal somewhere. Service isn't open on Saturday at my dealer but I'm going to bring it in next week and see what they can do. Pretty disappointing to say the least.
