Productivity screen is the one in the drivers side instrument display. You need to look under “functional”

Is there any way to track it after it gets to its destination by rail? I used the csx tracker after finding out my rail car # from my dealership and it says it has reached its destination. Im assuming it will be loaded on a truck from the railway and delivered to my dealership. Has anyone been able to track that progress?

Im going to try to get a rail # from my dealership to help track. Which I’m assuming he will tell me he doesn’t have since he hasn’t been able to provide me any updates. I see a date at the very bottom of the window sticker. According to the Ford tracker mine was built on 7-22-2021 and that’s the date on the bottom of the window sticker of my truck. Might just be coincidence though? ?‍♂️

Im not sure how to interpret it. The tracker has said “in production” since July 8th but no delivery date or any date for that matter. Up until this morning. This morning it had the the date of 7-21 where it said “in production” and then it also gave me the eta delivery date of 8-18 ?‍♂️ I’m guessing that it went into production on 7-21 so I’m guessing it will change to built today or tomorrow but im not positive just a guess. To complicate things for me a little more Cyberdman gave me a build day of 7-25 on my last update from him. So hopefully when that date comes and I can get another update from him I will have some good news. ?

Ford updated my truck with a estimated delivery date. 8-18 That would be awesome if it holds true!

When I called Ford Marketing on June 3rd they gave me a vin and what I thought was a build date of July 19th. I discovered this forum and Cyberdman gave me a update of July 25th which is a Sunday. My question is how do I interpret Cyberdman’s update? Was the Ford Marketing date of July 19th just a “week of date” and the updated July 25th mean it’s scheduled to be built on that day barring no delays?

? that sounds realistic but July 25th is a Sunday. So I'm not to sure about that. Not saying you’re wrong but I worked on the assembly line for Chrysler for 10 years and I don’t recall running production on any Sundays. That being said Thats Chrysler and not Ford and I haven’t worked there for 10+ years.

Update.....stopped at my dealership last night and wasn’t able to find out anything other than the order was in process. They clearly didn’t want to help me. Posted on this forum asking for help with info and got a confirmation within hours of a build week of July 25th! The services offered up on this forum by Cyberdman and Ice-Capades is invaluable to everyone that struggles prying information out of their dealership!! Hats off to them!

Update........With some help from a couple members here I got a confirmed build date of July 25th Thankful to have a reputable confirmation and also thankful to have a July build date! If it holds. It was previously a July 19th build date when I checked on June 3rd.
