I would have to say that if the winch is on the window sticker, you have paid for install labor. At least that is the way it was for me.

Guys I really don't think that the bed liner has anything to do with hold ups/ delays. I have a spray in liner and 5 wheel.....built 8/25, released 8/26, shipped to dealer on 8/27.
