So just to add to this topic. I originally ordered a 21 KR in 09/21. Dealer changed it to a 22 KR in 10/21 when the 21 was not scheduled to be built. Was scheduled for week of 12/20/21.... was finally built 01/04/22 I took delivery on 02/01/22. My package was a KR with pretty much everything except bedliner and bedcover- powerboost, 6.5 bed etc. . My dealer was Long-Lewis Hoover AL. I went with them because they did x-plan on ordered trucks. I live in NC and nobody around here was willing to do x-plan. The order went fine, info from them waiting for the order was slim a best. I got more info from this forum. thanks @ice-capdes and @cyberdman, but in the end the price was right and it was worth the wait. The truck is great "still new" and I am very pleased so far. All this to say I think these days all bets are off as to what is normal. You could get lucky and get a truck next month or you could wait a year or more. Best of luck in whatever you all decide to do. I will leave you with a few shots of what I got. And the dog is what I negotiated with my wife so I could get the truck. She got a puppy and I got a truck.

Well. It showed up at the dealer on its estimated delivery date. So I picked it up yesterday 22 King Ranch Powerboost with 6.5 bed in antimatter blue. Here are a couple of pictures. The Dog you ask.... Well thats what my wife got in trade for me getting the truck. She is almost a year old, thats how long I've been trying to get a truck. Thanks again for your help in tracking it down I really appreciate it.

I have test driven both the regular and max recline seat options. I did not notice any real difference on a couple of 30 minute drives. I'm 6'4" and 260. I would image size and weight will affect comfort level. Also the max recline is a little wider in he shoulder area and has a forward adjustment in that area. I have ordered them on my F-150 but I'm still waiting for it to be delivered so I can only give you my test drive experience. The other thing is the max recline seats have been a commodity shortage in the past couple of months so it could hold up your build, but that is best discussed with your dealer when you order.

Cyberdman. You are my last hope to find out any info on my truck order. It was supposed to be built the week of Dec. 20th. The dealer has been less than helpful even though I have been politely asking for info. The order code is 2094 and vin# 1FTFW1ED5NFA02518. Any info you could give me would be greatly appreciated. It seems there are several things that are commodity issues and the list may be growing. Bed covers, spray-in bedliners, wheel well liners, and Max recline seats just to name a few. If you look at Ice-capades weekly ford production notes It gives a glimpse as to what is driving production. I have a 22 KR on order that is supposed to be built this week. I can't find any info on it though which makes me wonder if it will make it this week.

Unless I'm mistaken anytime you change a how a vehicle is delivered you run the risk of voiding the warranty. Thats why I was asking about a ford approved kit that would not void the warranty. Also the adaptive steering and I'm guessing the bluecruise use the camera system and if you change the angle or I think in automotive its called rake you could throw he calibration of those systems out.

Does anyone know if Ford has an F-150 leveling kit that does not void warranty and will work with all the new systems ie: 360 camera package, Blue cruise and such?

I ordered Mid Sep. knowing that there was a chance it would not make the cut. I will keep checking though and searching till I find what I want. Thanks again for the info its much appreciated.
