I’m going to order custom seat covers for the back seat of my 250 XLT before it gets here. I ordered the XLT with the premium package. My question is, are there multiple configurations for the back seat? The guy at Line-X was asking me it it had drink holders etc. Would anyone with this same truck by chance have pics of their back seat? Can I know for sure what config it will have before it gets here if they are different? I know sometimes things change mid year. Thank you all for the help!

Notified yesterday moved from March 7 to March 14. Hahaha, whole new level of waiting. Still better than not knowing if it would get scheduled at all before MY23.

Honestly I kind of miss the old way a bit. Good service. Person to person communication. Kind of impersonal now.

This is what I found at my dealership. Best group of guys anyplace. Always returned my calls, would talk to me as long as I like. I even text back and forth with my salesman. My family has been using the same guy for 20 years. Problem is just that. Nobody there knows how to use the system. I’ve used multiple tidbits I learned here, mostly thanks to Ice, to teach them some stuff about their system and process. Btw, they also took that really well and thanked me for the info.

I do find it odd that you haven't moved to 02 priority after this much time though. Most of us spent MONTHS on 02 priority.

Yep, I’ve had situations in the past, before Covid, where I ordered a vehicle and they tried to charge me more once it arrived. I guess they figure they may as well, chances are after waiting I won’t want to leave without it. Whenever I order a car, I ALWAYS have them print me what I ordered, write exactly what I’m going to pay, and sign it. Once they see that signature, done deal, the price is the price. That’s not to say there aren’t book keeping charges, etc but…

I’m only seeing the front windshield. Am I missing something?

Things are pretty weird right now for sure. I sold my 2012 F-150 (30K miles) in October and got almost what I paid for it in September, 2012. If the markets ever go back to normal, I'm sure they will start depreciating again. I'm estimating I got 10K more for my truck than I would have if I would have sold it 2 years ago. Who knows, 2 years from now, if things are normal again, he might be close to right, just sayin.

My 22 F-250 will spend most of her life in my garage and will hopefully be with us for a very long time. She will not be a daily driver but rather a travel vehicle for family and a travel trailer. When she is parked at a campsite for days at a time, I'd like to have the windows blocked so the sun isn't continually beating in on the interior and also so what is inside the truck isn't readily viewable. I thought about window tint but I am getting older and I'm not wanting anything making the windows darker. The clear window tint still lets people look inside obviously. I think I've settled on some custom fit window shades that are made specifically for the F-250. I've been looking at the Weather Tech sun shades for a few days. The reviews are mostly alright but several are less than glowing. While they aren't horribly expensive, they aren't cheap either. $154 for the set with storage bags currently. Does anyone have any experience with these or others? Anyone made their own successfully? Any other ideas/options? If this is talked about elsewhere on the forum, my apologies. I did a search and didn't come up with anything. Thanks in advance!

Mine has the hood deflector. Surely that isn't a commodity issue??? I haven't seen anything about that. Mine also has the console safe, I would have thought that would be more likely an issue than the hood deflector.

I quoted Ice to my dealer to get them to drop bed liner and tonneau cover. They said it couldn't be done. Hahaha, it was done and exactly the way Ice said it would work. Hopefully they don't pull that shtuff with other folks go forward. Don't get me wrong, my salesman and the others at my dealership are nice, always treat me with respect, etc. They just don't seem to give ordering the attention it deserves. I can't understand why in these times when a HUGE part of their business has to be orders.
