    You're absolutely right. My sales rep has been great. We have talked once a week since mine was built and he goes into vehicle visibility and tells me what he can see. It may be a bit different these days, but good customer service is just plain ole good customer service.

    Mine was quoted as 12/9/2021, but doesn't look like it will make it until this weekend at the earliest. It is finally in the same state as me though, about 90 miles away. If it delivers this weekend it will come at the high end of the average delivery window and about 9-10 days after Estimated Delivery Date.

    Called my dealer again today and my truck did ship out of Kentucky by rail and is in a rail yard about 90 miles from the dealer. Hoping for this weekend. He said from where it is at it will come by truck. Hoping everyone else gets good news soon too.

    Seems like a lot of you are coming from similar or older models of the super dutys. I sold my 2016 Audi Q5 to upgrade to the F250. Mainly to haul my jeep to camp and off road. Even coming from a "luxury" brand, this will be the nicest vehicle I've ever owned. Can't wait to get it!

    Mine does say Convoy, but as others have said that it isn't always accurate. I am hoping that it does come by truck so I can avoid the additional wait getting out of the rail yard. Left a message with the sales rep. Hoping for good news today.

    I am in a similar situation. Shows built on on 11/18 and ETA of 12/9. That didn't happen and spoke to dealer on 12/8 and was told it was still sitting in KY. Is there some kind of typical or average time they sit waiting for transport? I'm in Louisiana, so no idea if it will get on rail or come straight here by convoy. Guess I will ask dealer tomorrow when I call.

    Ordering tracking is back up for me. Just tried it at around 6:30 this evening. Not the my dealer has acted like I was a problem, but I do try not to call them much too.
