For the price of these trucks I’m a little disappointed with the build quality. Did you notice the amount of rust on the engine block drive shaft etc!

This is showing incomplete paint on the bed.the rest is just water spots since we’ve got hard water out here. Has anyone else noticed their paint has been incomplete.

I got another interesting find for you guys I just noticed the paint on the tailgate along with that I noticed the clips that hood the trim under the front wonder don’t work as well

I have 400 miles on my new 6.7 f250. I noticed the last couple drives when I park the smell of burning plastic. I checked under the hood could not find the burning plastic but instead found this. I’m wondering if it’s common or I should take it in.

Per ford the oem ones are not available outside of factory install and no one has come out with the steps yet. It sounded like amp should have them this month though.

I just spoke with amp they will have the power steps for the 2022s in the next few weeks.

Looking into aftermarket power steps but what I’m hearing is the 2022 f250 power steps haven’t been released yet. Has anyone had any luck with this.

Also reading about LED interference has anyone seen this.

Has anyone added clearance lights to their 2022 f250 yet. I added it to my contract when I bought my truck and a custom truck shop going to install the recon clearance lights Wednesday. Just a little worried about damage to the headliner and possible leaks. Anyone have any thought to this.

I just swapped mine yesterday for the 2x4 valance. Went on perfectly. Only thing I noticed is there are these wedges that come down to protect the angle and stand out. Not sure if I should take them off or not

Yea they said it was a software issue they are waiting on a fix

Hey guys. I just went through ford to get some aftermarket deployable running boards installed and apparently the new f250s will only take a special running board. Something to do with the software. And it’s not yet available. Has anyone had this happen.

I know!! The problem is it’s almost exactly what I ordered minus the sport appearance package. Same color inside and out. And a couple extras I didn’t put on like console safe and trailer camera backup assist.

Hey guys I know it’s been talked about but I’m about to be inpatient and buy a truck off a lot. I just called ford to see my order status from an order placed 12/7/21. And she said it says order processing then provided me with a vin number. Does this mean I’ll be in production soon? Thank you

From what my dealer said as well as I sit at a 12 ordered 12/7/21 the priority numbers don’t really matter as we’ve seen. More luck of the draw.

Hey guys just got off the phone with a salesman. He is telling me I cannot combine my ford offer of 2k off super duty and my first responder discount of 500$. Can anyone clarify this for me

Builds have been taking a long time could take months to get a vin, and I do believe adaptive steering will cause a delay but others can correct me. I wouldn’t expect a truck in less than 4 or 5 months. Unless you are one of the lucky ones!

You can try. I am a priority 12 and asked them if they could move it to 10 or talk to the regional office. They said 12 was the best they could do and it wouldn’t necessarily be built after a priority 10 more or less it was just a number. I ended up ordering same truck from a different dealer smaller. To see if it would show up sooner. But I’ll let you know. Again they were pretty firm on not moving it but super nice about it.

Hey Toolman when did you order your truck and what add ins did you select if I may ask. Sounds like we ordered around the same time 12/11/21 order confirm 12/16/22. lariat f250 stone grey appearance package value package. Nothing major but crickets since. Priority code 12. And without a vin I assume there is no way to track your status.
