After a few weeks of me receiving my Build week and VIN email the Track My Order at the bottom of that email quit working, it would send me to a page with weird texting and nothing else. Now I just go to https://shop.ford.com/vehicleordertracking#/ I have to put in my Customer order number (Txxx) and I copy my VIN from email and paste for VIN.
