  1. I was sooooo close from having the truck with no removals, other than the auto start/stop - which I’m happy about. It’s also nerve racking that nobody can answer if the in production orders would be updated. I know dealers can’t update them, Ford could, but don’t know if they would, if it makes sense.
  2. Anybody have any info about the new Dealer Memo about Bed Camera removal? The rumor has it that it will be added to all orders that have 360 camera, on Jan 26th. I have a Window Sticker already, with the truck "In Production" status and scheduled to be built on the 29th. Will I get through and still get the Bed Camera? Curious about the exact verbiage in the memo, if it clarifies anything or past experience from prior updates for cars with "In Production" status.
  3. Then, what I mentioned about Price Protection should apply. Sorry for the pain you are going through.
  4. My personal understanding is as follows, page #2 in the PDF shared by Ice. FinalPrice = InvoicePrice - PriceIncreaseSinceOrderDate InvoicePrice is determined when the Window Sticker is generated, maybe a week or so before the build starts. PriceIncreaseSinceOrderDate is what the dealer should honor, BUT, the dealer has 2 options to give you this money: 1) Give you a PriceIncreaseSinceOrderDate discount, knowing that the will get the money back from Ford, if everything is OK 2) You will pay InvoicePrice at vehicle pick-up, then later, when Ford send the dealer the PriceIncreaseSinceOrderDate, the dealer will send you a check. Even in the "Plan rice Calculation" they have a note saying "If vehicle was ordered prior to the announcement of a price increase, it may be eligible for price protection.". Normally if you ordered it, it should be protected, but I think COVP had to be done at order date. COVP automatically price protects the vehicle if sold to the person that placed the order and everything matches with the COVP information. I have an X-Plan order with my local dealer, and I got the COVP confirmation number, and every time my dealer tells me that I'm Price Protected. Another thing, I don't see this information in the thread, but it seems you initially ordered a MY22, are you a rollover to MY23? or you are picking up a MY22? Price Protection is valid across a single MY. If you are a rollover you should have a private offer, I don't know if it's big enough to cover the price difference. Tim Bartz talks about this in his lives, roll-overs are not price protected because they have private offers. But not sure what happens if there are price increases after roll-over, are you price protected to roll-over date or not. I know for MY23 there was a $1000 price increase on XLTs since mid August - I think it was around Oct 1st-4th.
  5. He has 16 years experience but most likely not as new car manager, not with retail orders and the new norm these days. It is what it is, but he is local and he gave me the best deal, comparable with what other dealers advertise on forums, invoice-3%, if I take in the consideration the cost to fly out and pick up the car, then drive it to Houston.
  6. I'm working directly with the "New Car Manager", my priority is 10, and he also checked with the rep that handles their orders and he mentioned that there’s nothing they, dealer or rep, see holding up your order. Priority is correct and said 23MY scheduling has been a “toss up” and hard to predict what will and will not schedule. When he promised that he'll check with the rep and get back to me he always did, without me having to remind him. Edit: Based on their website there is one "New Car Director" and at least 7 more "New Car Sales" team members in the "New Sales Department", so I do think that I'm working with the right person.
  7. Thank you @ice-capades I really appreciate your list, still doesn't explain why my order is not scheduled, but this is another topic which I don't think anybody can answer than the schedulers at Ford: 2023 F-150 XLT 2WD, 5.0L V8 ENGINE, EQUIPMENT GROUP 302A, 3.31 ELECTRONIC LOCK RR AXLE, FORD CO-PILOT 360 ASSIST 2.0, POWER-SLIDING REAR WINDOW, TRAILER TOW PACKAGE, 360-DEGREE CAMERA PACKAGE
  8. Hello, Is there anywhere a list of constraints for F-150? I don't seem to have see any XLT with CoPilot Assist 360 scheduled yet. Ford Chat and my dealer say that there is no hold or anything on my order. Thank you.
